[Users] Compiling Cactus with PETSc

Thanks to your help, I could figure out how to fix the problem already. I checked the PETSc website and found out that from 2.3.1 version onwards the libpetscfortran.a library has been removed (fortran interface & c interface now go into the same library). So I manually edited the relevant libraries that should be included in the config file make.extra.defn. It works fine now.
