[Users] [Cfd] How to run CFDExamples samples

Hi Mehdi
Your parameter file is incompatible with your thornlist, for example are
specifying parameters for IOHDF5 without having the thorn in your
thornlist. The same thing seems to be happening with other thorns. Can
you provide the parameter file you are running your configuration with?
