[Users] SetupGH.cc has missing member in struct

CactusDev + [ carpet-stable-3 or carpet-devel ] is probably
the combination you want to use unless you really want to use 
carpet-stable-2 for some reason. Notice that carpet-stable-2
is marked as "outdated" on Carpet website.

As far as I know, the stable version of the Cactus toolkit is
not updated to be compatible with Carpet stable 2 and later
version.
