[Users] SetupGH.cc has missing member in struct

Hi,

1.)
I'm  trying to compile EinsteinToolkit but get this error:

I'm using cvs /cactusdevcvs version 15, and carpet-stable-2 downloaded 
from darc just today so both are current.
Using the "stable" cactus from cvs /cactus same version 15 missing 
pieces in CactusBase/IOUtil/interface.ccl.

 From previous errors, I had to add to the original thornlist (see below)  *
