[Users] Compiling EinsteinToolkit

You need a Cactus driver. To solve the problem, you can add the
following thorns to your thorn list.

CactusPUGH/PUGH
CactusPUGH/PUGHSlab
CactusPUGH/PUGHReduce

Actually, you can use either the uniform
grid driver PUGH, which is distributed with Cactus as the
default driver, or the mesh refinement driver
Carpet (http://www.carpetcode.org/)

Besides PUGH and Carpet, there are several other drivers.
You can find more about them on Cactus website.
