[Users] Plone spamming issues

Greetings
Having just finished the weekly CactusCode.org website checks it has 
come to my attention that we attracted at least a dozen spam accounts 
that were subsequently deleted and had their data removed. If by any 
chance we accidentally deleted a valid user account we apologize and ask 
you to kindly re-register yourself with the CactusCode.org website.
