[Users] Problem calling varargs function from Fortran on Opteron x86_64/PGF90 compiler

It looks likely that this problem would be fixed by the new reduction 
interface. However, at the moment there only seems to be flesh code and 
some receiving code in PUGH.

- Could someone that understands the interface please write some 
documentation and some example code, to go in CactusExamples?

- What are the chances of CarpetReduce knowing about the new interface?
