[Patches] Renderer Patches

Hello all,
Some time ago I wrote a patch to get the long lost Renderer thorn
functional. Well, I rewrote the patch (the old version modified HTTPD,
which Erik tells me is not a good idea), and now it only modifies
Renderer and IsoSurfacer (which is necessary due to a namespace conflict).

I have separated the patch into two different files, one of which
contains the Renderer patches, while the other contains the IsoSurfacer
patch.

Renderer is in cactusdevcvs AlphaThorns/Renderer
