[Patches] New aliased function "GetSymmetryBoundaries"

Introduce a new aliased function "GetSymmetryBoundaries" to SymBase,  
which looks at the symmetry table and returns an array describing  
which outer boundaries are symmetry boundaries.  This function is  
easier to use that examining the table manually.
