[News] Video conferencing for Cactus Retreat

For people who cannot physically attend the retreat, it will also be
available via the Access Grid:

The NCSA AG venues (provided participating nodes are AG2.x) can switch to
unicast if multicast isn't working from their sites. We'll be running the
appropriate quickbridge for sites with AG1.x that have multicast issues as
needed.  Any AG sites who will participate are encouraged to join using
the scheduler if possible.

If you do-not have an Access Grid node, you may use VRVS

to gain access to the video and audio streams.

On VRVS go to "Access Grid" community and on the Wednesday the tutorials
will be available under the NCSA-AG/Optiverse virtual venue and and on the
Thursday through Saturday the Retreat will be under the NCSA-AG/Cosmic
Voyage virtual venue.
