The C version of these terms in Whisky have not been used before July
this year. But now they should do the same as the Fortran version.

I am about to check that they are the same in some of my tests. However,
there is still one big difference: 4th order is only available for
Fortran at the moment, the C version falls back to 2nd order
derivatives.
