[Developers] patch to add ch_mx (Myrinet Express) as an MPICH_DEVICE

A case branch added in Cactus/lib/make/extras/MPI/MPICH to support
Myrinet Express (ch_mx).

Notice that I still use MYRINET_DIR to indicate the ch_mx dir.

Document will be added to the user guide after the patch is applied.
