Although unspecified, the routines are sorted alphabetically.  Thus  
your test suites should already work.

For the test suites to work, it is not necessary that Cactus  
specifies a specific order.  It suffices if Cactus guarantees that  
there will be an order, such that the same parameter file always  
leads to the same execution order.

As a side points, there are routines called "zzz_Whatever", ensuring  
that they will be executed "last".
