[Developers] know-architectures file for XT4?

I get confused on this sometimes Tom,
do I want
HOST=catamount
or
MACHINE_ARCH=catamount
I'm using the latter. Is HOST= equivalent or will it change the
behavior?
I've hacked config.guess and config.sub accordingly.
