[Developers] [CactusMaint] compile & link error at IntelMac with IntelFortran

Hisaaki,

can you post all your configuration options, plus the output that you  
see when you configure from scratch, plus the output you see when you  
build with the option SILENT=no?

I think that you maybe did not configure without F90; if you just  
omit an F90 option, then Cactus will try to select a default  
compiler.  The configuration output shows what happened.

Is your C++ compiler working?  Can you compile and link a simple C++  
programme?
