[Developers] (compiler) bug while using AEIDevelopment/TmunuBase

Hi,

I tried to compile with the suggested options and higher warning level 
turned on, with portland, intel and gnu compilers and I haven't found 
warnings reletated to the suspected code. I also conclude, then, that 
this is a portland compiler bug.
