[Developers] SPRNG

Greetings
As some of you are aware, we have a thorn in CCTDevelopment called SPRNG 
which provides a very basic interface to the SPRNG: Scalable Parallel 
Random Number Generator library. Yesterday we had the good fortune of 
having one of the developers here at CCT. Since this is a subject that 
interests a lot of users and developers, we have now have the SPRNG 
seminar up online at:
