Thorns in CactusEinstein Arrangement

Infrastructure
ADMBase Defines core variables, parameters, and schedule groups for the 3+1 formalism.
SpaceMask Mask describing the type of a grid point (inside an excision boundary, on an excision boundary etc).
ADMCoupling The "friend of a friend" thorn to help matter / spacetime coupling. Does nothing itself.
ADMMacros Provides macros defining standard quantities (such as inverse metric, Christoffel symbols)
StaticConformal Provides the variables defining a static conformal factor which is used to transform the physical metric.
CoordGauge Base thorn providing infrastructure for dynamic gauge selection

Initial Data
IDAnalyticBH Calculates analytic initial data for the Einstein grid functions (lapse, shift, metric, curv) for various black hole spacetimes (including Schwarzschild, Misner, Brill-Lindquist)
IDAxiBrillBH Calculates initial data for a black hole distorted by an even parity perturbation
IDBrillData Sets up initial data for a Brill wave
IDLinearWaves Analytic data for linear gravitational waves (plane and Teukolsky)
IDSimple Simple initial data sets for 3-metric and extrinsic curvature

Evolution
ADM Evolves the standard 3+1 variables using the ADM evolution equations using a variety of possible gauge conditions and numerical methods
EvolSimple Simplistic evolver for the ADM equations, demonstrating the use of the CactusEinstein arrangement

Analysis
ADMAnalysis basic analysis of the metric and extrinsic curvature tensors (including trK, det(g), spherical components, R_ab, and R)
ADMConstraints calculates the violation in the ADM constraints using the standard Einstein variables
AHFinder Find apparent horizons
Extract Calculates gauge invariant waveforms for a nearly spherical symmetric system. Also calculates other quantitites on a 2-surface such as the ADM mass, momentums, and spins.
PsiKadelia Calculates invariants (Psi's, I and J) with respect to a given tetrad
TimeGeodesic Integrates timelike geodesics on the fly in either a numerical or exact spacetime

Gauge Conditions
CoordGauge Base thorn providing infrastructure for dynamic gauge selection
Maximal Sets up the maximal slicing equation, which can then be solved with SOR or BAM elliptic solvers (note that BAM doesn't use all the standard interfaces)
